Jay Malik

Jay Malik is a seasoned business owner and financial consultant with over 12 years of experience across U.S.-based businesses in telecommunications, consulting, and business process operations. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Revu Billing, Jay leads all aspects of the firm’s operations, with a focus on improving the financial performance of medical and dental practices through disciplined billing execution, revenue optimization, and revenue cycle management strategies.

Jay began his professional journey after relocating to the United States in the early 2000s with a master’s degree and a vision to build long-term value through disciplined execution and people-focused leadership. Over the years, he has provided hands-on consultancy to companies such as TCC Wireless, JM Wireless, and ABIC, playing a pivotal role in shaping their financial infrastructure, improving reporting accuracy, and supporting their expansion into multi-state markets.

At Revu Billing, Jay applies this same operating philosophy to healthcare organizations, serving not only as an executive leader but also as a strategic advisor to physicians and practice administrators seeking clarity, accountability, and financial stability in an increasingly complex healthcare environment.

Beyond his professional work, Jay is a devoted family man and father of four. He enjoys traveling with his family and remains deeply motivated by building organizations that create lasting opportunity and impact for the people they serve.

Nick Malik

Nick holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering and began his professional career working across large-scale operational environments before relocating to the United States in the early 2010s. His career at TCC Wireless is exceptional as he has been the leading figure in expanding the company’s frontline operations and his executive leadership style has helped TCC Wireless grow from a handful of T-Mobile locations to more than 300 locations.
With a strong foundation in process optimization, workflow efficiency, and execution at scale, Nick built his career as the Chief Operating Officer by supporting fast-growing, performance-driven organizations and helped in transitioning his operational expertise to healthcare-focused bringing the same energy and growth mindset into to medical and dental billing operations. Working closely with the internal teams to ensure billing workflows are aligned with the best practices across revenue cycle and supporting physicians and practice administrators in today’s complex healthcare environment.
Outside of work, Nick is a devoted family man and father of three teenage sons. He enjoys traveling with his family, with Bangkok remaining one of his favorite destinations, and is always happy to talk about classic action movies.

Eric Tarasievich

Eric Tarasievich holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois and brings over 25 years of industry experience. Throughout his career, Eric has played a key role in preparing organizations for growth and scalability. During his time at TCC Wireless, the company has expanded to more than 300+ stores.
At Revu Billing, Eric supports healthcare-focused operational accounting, applying his expertise in revenue integrity and scalable accounting systems to medical and dental billing environments. His background in guiding organizations through periods of rapid growth directly supports the accuracy, structure, and financial discipline required in healthcare revenue operations. Eric is passionate about building systems that create long-term stability while enabling teams to grow and advance.
Outside of his professional work, Eric is a devoted father of two teenage boys and serves as a board member for Park Ridge Baseball/ Softball. And yes, he proudly says -“he’s an accountant.”

Director

Zain Malik

Zain Malik is a dedicated professional with a strong background in healthcare billing operations, revenue cycle management, and business strategy. A graduate of DePaul University, Zain has developed a career centered on improving billing accuracy, financial performance, and operational efficiency for service-based organizations. Since 2020, he has been an integral part of TCC Wireless, where he currently serves as Director of Strategy & Business Development. Through this role, Zain has gained extensive experience overseeing financial processes, compliance-driven operations, and strategic initiatives skills that directly translate into healthcare billing and RCM leadership. His work emphasizes process optimization, revenue protection, and data-driven decision-making, all of which are critical to successful medical and dental billing operations. Prior to this, Zain worked in investment management, where he refined his analytical abilities and developed a deep understanding of financial controls, risk assessment, and revenue optimization. These capabilities now support his hands-on involvement in medical billing workflows, denial reduction strategies, and payer-focused billing models at Revu Billing. Beyond his professional pursuits, Zain is passionate about boxing and maintaining an active lifestyle. He is also a devoted pet owner and takes great pride in caring for his two dogs.

Relationship Manager

Jordan Giamouridis

Since 2020, Jordan has played a key role in supporting major telecommunications projects in Chicago and across the country. Over the past two years, he has transitioned his expertise from the telecom space into healthcare, bringing the same operational insight and client-first approach to medical and dental partners nationwide. As a Relationship Manager, Jordan works closely with practice owners and leadership teams to build long-term partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal operations. He focuses on improving efficiency, optimizing revenue cycles, and delivering measurable results while serving as a trusted point of contact for his partners. Outside of work, Jordan is an avid car enthusiast and enjoys snowboarding whenever he gets the chance.

Dr. Ehsan Ul Haq Malik

Dr. Ehsan Ul Haq Malik brings over 25 years of international leadership and medical expertise to his role as Executive Director of Business Development at Revu Billing. With a distinguished background in pediatric gastroenterology and hepatology, Dr. Malik’s career has spanned across Ireland, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and the UAE, combining clinical excellence with strategic innovation. Before joining Revu Billing, Dr. Malik held key leadership positions at Al Jalila Children’s Specialty Hospital and Dubai Hospital, where he spearheaded multiple departmental initiatives focused on operational efficiency, research collaboration, and service innovation. In his current role, Dr. Malik drives business development, partnership expansion, and strategic growth across the Revu ecosystem. His approach blends analytical precision with human insight, thus fostering relationships that create sustainable value for healthcare providers, payers, and patients alike. Known for his visionary mindset and leadership integrity, Dr. Malik bridges medical expertise with business acumen, leading initiatives that align Revu Billing’s technology, client experience, and performance goals. Outside of work, Dr. Malik values mentorship, continuous learning, and quality time with family. He believes success lies not only in growth metrics but in meaningful impact “building systems that serve both people and purpose.”
